In fulfillment of the obligation specified in Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, Official Journal of the EU L No. 119, p. 1 as amended), we inform you that:

- Your personal data will be processed to service customers via email and phone, including enabling the Administrator to maintain a contact database, as well as sending commercial information or newsletters.
- The basis for processing your personal data is the consent given – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a
- Your personal data will be stored until the consent for data processing is withdrawn, which should be communicated to the Administrator.
- Your personal data will not be commercially shared with other entities. Access to them may be granted to employees and collaborators of the Administrator, business partners, service providers (including IT system providers, entities with which data processing agreements have been concluded), and entities authorized under the law.
- Your personal data is not intentionally and knowingly transferred by the Administrator to a third country or an international organization. The Administrator emphasizes that it uses technologies provided by entities that may be located and operate outside the EEA. The Administrator, to the extent of its capabilities and market position, makes every effort to cooperate only with foreign contractors who ensure an appropriate level of data security in the services provided. However, the Administrator has no control over the risks and the provision of appropriate safeguards defined in art. 46 of the GDPR. The Administrator considers the provision of data as acceptance for using services from entities outside the EEA and consent for processing. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling unless consent has been given for it.
- You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and its rectification,
- request the deletion or restriction of processing of data, provided that the conditions set out in the law are met,
- object to processing, provided that the conditions set out in the law are met,
- request data portability, provided that the conditions set out in the law are met,
- withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority: The Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
