Letniskowo Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Białystok, in order to promote its services, has a profile on the social media portal **Instagram**, where Letniskowo Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Białystok and Users can conduct communication and post content, including content containing personal data. Letniskowo Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Białystok is not responsible for the content posted by Users on the profile, nor does it have any influence on how Users’ personal data will be processed by Instagram.

The Administrator, fulfilling the obligation set out in the content of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, **GDPR**, Official Journal of the EU. L No. 119, p. 1, as amended), informs that:

Your personal data that you provide on your **Instagram** profile (e.g., name, surname, email address, telephone number, image) are processed for the purpose of electronic contact with **Instagram** portal users potentially interested in the Administrator’s activities, and building positive relationships with users of the **Instagram** social media portal.

Posting content by you on the Administrator’s profile on the **Instagram** social media portal means your consent to the processing of personal data (legal basis Art. 6 section 1 letter a) **GDPR**), and running the profile is related to the Administrator’s business activity and constitutes the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest (legal basis Art. 6 section 1 letter f) **GDPR**). Furthermore, in the case of communication directed from Letniskowo Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Białystok, the legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent granted to the Administrator – Art. 6 section 1 letter a) **GDPR** and Art. 398 of the Electronic Communications Law.
4. Access to the data may be held by the Administrator’s employees and associates, service providers, entities with whom a data processing entrustment agreement has been concluded. Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to persons authorized by the Administrator, entities providing services to the Administrator, including technical and organizational services, legal services, advisory services, financial services, as well as other entities/persons/authorities to the extent and on the principles specified by law. Personal data is not made commercially available by the Administrator.

Personal data will not be intentionally and consciously transferred by the Administrator to a third country/international organization, but due to the functioning of the **Instagram** social media portal, access to the data may take place in accordance with the regulations of the **Instagram** social media portal.

9. the limitation period for claims specified in legal provisions – for the purpose of pursuing claims and defending against possible claims related to the Administrator’s business activity, which constitutes the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest (legal basis Art. 6 section 1 letter f **GDPR**),
10. periods in accordance with **Instagram** regulations.

You have the right to request access to the content of your personal data and the right to rectify them (however, taking into account the provisions of **Instagram** regulations, as well as the fact that the Administrator processes the data you provide on your **Instagram** profile). In the event of withdrawal of consent to data processing, you have the right to request their deletion from the Administrator’s resources (however, taking into account the provisions of **Instagram** regulations and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal). In cases specified by law, you have the right to request the restriction of data processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing.
12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the **Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych)** if you consider that the Administrator has violated the provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
13. The provision of personal data by you is **voluntary**.
14. Personal data will **not** be used for **automated decision-making** regarding you.
