Modernity
in a classic form
The layout of the rooms has been designed on an area of 57 m2 in such a way as to accommodate a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, including one with a bathroom and a wardrobe. An additional advantage of this cottage is the second bathroom, which is located on the opposite side. In addition, in the presented model, we have used built-in furniture above the beds in the DeLux additional equipment version, which allows for comfortable use of space. This arrangement is distinguished not only by its beautiful, minimalist design, but also by the impeccable appearance of our bedrooms, where order and tidiness will reign once and for all. The model is available in BASIC and COMFORT equipment options.

Foam insulation
Standard PUR foam insulation is 13 cm, with the option to add extra insulation up to 18 cm.
