To use the Newsletter Service, you must have a device with access to the Internet, an operating system, and a web browser, as well as an active email address.[KP2]

1) Right to use the assistance of appropriate consumer protection authorities, including the County (Municipal) Consumer Ombudsman or the Trade Inspection, which are obligated to provide consumers with free assistance as specified by law. To obtain appropriate help, the consumer should contact the authority responsible for their place of residence.
2) Right to use the procedure for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes under the provisions of the Act of September 23, 2016, on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes; in this case, the Consumer should submit an application to the relevant entity entitled (a register of entities can be found at: https://uokik.gov.pl/rejestr_podmiot_uprawnionych.php). The Consumer can also use the ODR platform available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=PL.
§ 6.
Clients using the Newsletter Service are obliged to refrain from delivering illegal content.
§ 7.
The Operator hereby informs that:
1) The Administrator of the Client’s personal data processed in connection with the conclusion of the contract for the Newsletter Service is Letnisktowo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok, Elewatorska 29.
2) The Client’s personal data is collected and processed by the Operator for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the Newsletter Service (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) RODO).
3) Based on the Client’s consent (providing the email address to the Operator), the Administrator uses electronic communication to send commercial and marketing content to the Client via the email address provided within the Newsletter Service.
4) In connection with the processing of personal data, Clients have the right to:
a) Access their personal data (art. 15 RODO);
b) Rectify personal data (art. 16 RODO);
c) Request the deletion of personal data in the cases specified in art. 17 para. 1, subject to the exceptions provided for in art. 17 para. 3 RODO;
d) Request the restriction of processing in the cases specified in art. 18 RODO;
e) Transfer data in the cases specified in art. 20 RODO;
5) The Client also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the protection of personal data if the Administrator violates personal data protection regulations.
6) If the Administrator processes the Client’s personal data based on consent, the Client has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7) Additionally, the Administrator informs that, due to the Client’s specific situation, the Client has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, including profiling, when the processing is based on:
1) Necessity for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller (art. 6 para. 1 lit. e RODO),
2) Legitimate interests pursued by the data controller (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f RODO).

§ 8.
1. The Operator has the right to amend this regulation for important reasons such as:
1) Changes in laws that directly affect the content of this regulation or impose certain obligations on the Operator by government bodies – the regulation is amended accordingly to the circumstances;
2) Changes in the Operator’s data – the regulation is amended in terms of the changed Operator’s data;
3) Introduction of changes in the terms and conditions, including technical ones, of the Newsletter Service that require modifications to the regulation – as a result of those changes;
4) The need to improve customer privacy protection and prevent abuse – as a result of that need;
5) The need to correct typographical errors or ensure that the regulation’s provisions are clear – to the extent necessary;
6) Changes or new interpretations of laws – as a result of such changes.
2. The information about the planned changes to the regulation will be sent to the Client’s email address provided by them for the purpose of performing the contract, at least 14 days before the planned implementation of the changes.
