The production of the home takes place according to the company’s schedule after the deposit is received and the home specification is confirmed by the client.
The waiting period for the home is approximately 4 months from the moment of order.
After the home is produced, the client receives information about its readiness for quality acceptance. This is done based on photos sent via email or in person at the company’s office.
Once the quality acceptance of the home is approved and the remaining payment is made, the transport of the home is organized.
The client can use our company’s transport services or arrange transportation on their own.

At the unloading site, a tractor or backhoe loader will be needed to pull the mobile home to the construction site. Alternatively, the home can be unloaded using a crane.
The mobile home should be leveled as soon as possible after unloading.
