STAGE 1

Customer Order

After the specification is approved, the cottage goes into production.

At this stage, materials for the production of the cottage are ordered. Our material suppliers are exclusively certified manufacturers, including: Sodra, Whirlpool, Nibe, Remmers, VOX, etc.

STAGE 2

Manufacturing

We manufacture mobile homes with the utmost attention to quality and every detail.

The entire process of creating a mobile home takes place in production halls, from which fully equipped homes leave ready for use.

STAGE 3

Control

The product and the entire production process are in compliance with the TUV Rheinland Certificate.

Our mobile home and the entire production process are under strict quality control, in accordance with TUV Rheinland requirements. Our company holds the TUV Safety certification at the snow load roof class D level, i.e., 306kg/m2 (3000Pa) for mobile homes ranging from 35 to 60m².

At this stage, our client receives information about the possibility of conducting a quality inspection.

STAGE 4

Preparation for transport

The finished cottage leaves the production hall.

At this stage, our team ensures the secure preparation of the cottage for transport, both inside and outside. All that’s left is loading, and under the cover of night, the journey begins.

What is the price of the house I am viewing?

The prices of the homes depend on the selected version and additional equipment options. It is best to contact our sales department to discuss your needs and receive an individual quote.

Can it be placed anywhere?

The possibility of placing the house depends on local zoning plans and building conditions. We recommend visiting the local municipal office to discuss your idea with an official.

What do I need to prepare on my side?

It is necessary to submit a construction notification at the office, prepare utility connections, and foundations according to the technical documentation we provide.

Can you live in it year-round?

Yes, the homes are designed for year-round use, but this depends on the specific line of homes and the finishing standard.

Are the cottages furnished or empty?

We offer homes in a raw version or fully furnished, ready to move in.
