The Promotion Rules define the terms and conditions under which the promotion – Sign up for the newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) takes place.
The Organizer of the Promotion is Letniskowo sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok, ul Elewatorska 29, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0001024501, tax identification number (NIP): 5423465217, share capital of 17,000.00 PLN, fully paid (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
The Promotion lasts from 22.05.2024, from 8:00 AM, to 31.12.2024, until 12:00 AM (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period).
Subject of the Promotion. Conditions for using the Promotion
The Promotion involves obtaining a shopping voucher worth 1000.00 PLN, the terms of which are specified in point 2, hereinafter referred to as the Voucher, in exchange for:
signing up for the Organizer’s Newsletter during the Promotion Period and
purchasing a mobile home from the Organizer during the Promotion Period, hereinafter referred to as the Home.
Conditions and terms for using the Voucher:

In order to participate in the Promotion and receive the Voucher, it is necessary during the Promotion Period:

to sign up for the Organizer’s Newsletter
to purchase the Home
The Voucher will be generated and sent to the email address provided when signing up for the Newsletter or another one provided when purchasing the Home, or the Voucher in paper form will be handed over when signing the Home purchase agreement.
III. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted, among other ways, to the postal address, email address, or phone number provided in point I, section 2 of the Rules.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The complaint submission should include the reason for the complaint and specify the Customer’s request. The submission should include data allowing contact with the person submitting the complaint.
IV. Final Provisions
The Promotion Rules are available on the website https://letniskowo.eu
In matters not regulated by the Promotion Rules, the provisions of generally applicable law, including the Civil Code, as well as the Online Store Regulations, shall apply.
