Social cottages are often temporary residences for foreigners until they obtain a residence permit, international protection, or return to their country of origin. Providing shelter to individuals in difficult family and financial situations is typically the responsibility of the municipality or city. Our offer of year-round social cottages was created in response to the growing demand for such premises. The social buildings we design are modern, functional cottages equipped with a kitchen/kitchenette, bathroom, and bedrooms. Our offer includes furnishing the homes with all necessary appliances and furniture. Investors can also choose an option without furnishings. The most commonly chosen variant is cottages with an area of up to 60 m². With this size, we can organize optimal space for even 6-8 people. Ready social cottages are also an alternative to renting hotel buildings for social purposes. Although social cottages usually have a small area, in our designs, we made sure that this is not a limitation. Each cottage has a kitchen/kitchenette that allows residents to prepare meals and can be equipped with all necessary household appliances. The bathroom, which includes a sink, shower, and toilet, will meet hygiene needs. When designing social cottages, we ensure there is an adequate number of sleeping places. Depending on current needs, the cottage can have one, two, three, or even four bedrooms, with single, double, or bunk beds. The cottages are entirely built in the factory, which means we can quickly deliver a unit exactly as requested by the investor. Furthermore, the social cottages we offer are customizable. This means that we can decide what the inside and outside of the cottage should look like. An undeniable advantage of the social cottages we produce is their mobility. The cottages are entirely transported to the selected location and, if necessary, can be moved to another place, for example, if the current plot is no longer sufficient.
