Choose a Basic / Comfort version of your standard home or a JB Homes model. Configure the additional equipment of your chalet (materials, colour, etc.).

Step 2

Choice of models and options

In the offer of standard cottages, the Client can choose options with furnishing – COMFORT or without furnishing – BASIC. Our Premium models, are fully equipped and in this case the customer chooses only the colours of the facade, furniture and equipment.

Additionally, in standard models, you can choose the type of construction, façade, heating, lighting and other additional equipment.

Step 3

Production process

The production of the home takes place according to the company’s schedule after the deposit is credited and the specification confirmed by the client.

The waiting period for the house is approximately 4 months from the moment of order.

Step 4

Home acceptance

After the production of the home, the customer receives information that the home is ready for quality acceptance.
It is done on the basis of photographs by e-mail or in person at the company’s field.

After accepting the quality acceptance and paying the remaining payment, transport of the cottage is organised.

Transport

You can either use our transport services or arrange your own transport.

Step 6

Setting up the mobile home

An agricultural tractor, backhoe loader or crane will be required at the site where the mobile home is to be unloaded, with which the mobile home can be transported to the construction site.

The mobile home should be levelled as soon as possible after unloading. It should be braced at the points marked on the the stringers.
